We offer free shipping worldwide for all items in our Beam shop.
CUSTOMS AND DUTY
Buyers are responsible for any customs, taxes or duty fees that may apply/or be applied by your destination country. We suggest that you contact your local customs agency prior to purchase to learn about the costs which may be incurred on the package at the time of delivery. Please note that while not common, items can be delayed by customs and that we (the seller) are not responsible for this delay.
SHIPPING
Your purchase will be shipped to your address, door to door from our studio. If you would like shipment to a different address, please notify us when you place your order.
After processing your order you will receive an order confirmation by email.
As soon as your payment is confirmed- you can expect to receive your order within 30 business days. We ensure arrival in 30 days’ time limit since all of our items are handmade expressly by order.
As soon as your purchase leaves our studio- you will receive by email a shipment confirmation, with tracking number.
REFUND
Our items leave our studio in perfect condition for your full satisfaction. However, damage can sometimes occur during shipment. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the arrival form of your purchase, you may return it to us within 14 days and receive a full refund (shipping costs excluded).

Please take into consideration item’s weight before installing.
Different materials require different types of fittings. Always choose screws and plugs that are specially suited to the wall structure material.
For safety consideration we advice that installation be made by a certified electrician.

Please note that the color of our items may slightly differ from how they are perceived on screen.
Also, note they for most items you can choose different colors for lighting fixture, canopy and electrical cord. These options were made available to you to enable the perfect lighting fixture of your taste. Please make sure you mark your choice of color of all lighting fixture parts.
